About Us

We are a friendly and flexible accountancy practice based in the Cotswold town of Wotton-under-Edge.

Jo Roberts is the Director and lead partner of Willow Accountancy.

I am a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) with over 20 years’ experience in a wide range of businesses and in practice.

I began my career in 1995, training and working for a group of small businesses including a car auction, hotel and restaurant. In 1999 I joined a unique accountancy practice that provided a 'one stop shop' for US companies setting up in UK, Europe and Middle East. It was in this role that I realised my passion for working with other businesses, setting up trading entities, business procedures and accounting processes.

I set up Willow Accountancy after the birth of my third daughter in 2007. My practice is continuing to grow and develop, and I always look forward to meeting new clients.
